“The TDI program is going to be an asset to new amputees. Even with the years of experience I have with law enforcement, I was able to learn new techniques. I feel the biggest benefit of the program is showing the amputees how to best use concealment when going possibly back into duties, and will also be a great booster for them.” ~DOUG MORGAN, Retired Greene County Lieutenant
